Our July 2008 meeting featured Kris Hicks. Hats off to Kris for presenting Automator, his solution for increasing productivity at a Fortune-500 company. Using Merb, Watir, and other tools, Kris took a 15-minute business process and whittled it down to 13-seconds with few (some say zero) errors.
